BOOTH PACKAGES & SPACE ALLOCATION
Space allocation will be made according to the receipt of a signed Exhibit Space Contract.
A completed Exhibit Space Contract accompanied by advance payment should be mailed to the Exhibition Manager to ensure reservation of a desired location. Exhibitors are welcome to modify any spaces to their specific requirements.
A revised floor plan will be included with the booth confirmation.
Participation will be finalized only upon confirmation of the payment. Allocation is on a “First-come, First-served” basis.
Definition of a Basic Stand Construction Includes:
- White walls, fitted in aluminum frame,
- 250 cm high Fascia board with company name and stand number (in standard lettering)
- 2 plastic chairs, 1 table
- One spotlight per 3m², excluding electricity and main connection
- One electrical socket in one-phase
- Carpeting
- Exhibitor Badges (number of badges according to booth size)
- Pavilion security (9am to 6pm)
